I will update these ranks every week. The way to rank up is to RP a lot. If i have seen improvement in your RP. i will push you up a rank. But you cannot be pushed down. Thats all.

Edit: Ninja ranks halfway edited. People who are listed have posted. People who have listed an RP sample and such on their char apps are listed as genin. I will finish the ranks in terms of power accurately soon.
